A confessed beauty treatment junkie herself co-owner, Erin Caldwell desiring to provide luxurious aahh-inducing beauty treatments - that produce real results - sourced only the finest aromatherapy, oils, and lotions for your therapies. Our multi-talented (and licensed) staff's zealous commitment to advanced education enables us to be the first to provide you with the most up-to-date, environmentally conscious products and services available.

Erin's Bio

A beauty industry go-getter Erin Caldwell, founder of The Beauty Lab is a triple threat as a manicurist, esthetician, makeup artist, and educator. (Ah, that's four. Overachieving in is in her genes.) Erin has spent the past several years methodically making her way from program to program, advanced courses and trainings, each time with only one goal in mind, providing her guests with the most up-to-date and safe beauty services in town.

In fact, Erin lost her training wheels while working at some of Chicago and Beverly Hills' most prestigious spas. Perfecting her techniques and learning the vital art of providing world class customer service. Curiosity and the desire to try something new may be what brings most to The Beauty Lab, an urban beauty cove. Yet, its inviting space with every attention to detail, Erin's professional and warm demeanor, and encyclopedic knowledge of the world of beauty is what lures them back. Without a doubt, it's Ms. Caldwell's meticulous manicures and sole smoothing pedicures that have even the most demanding beauty zealots pledging their allegiance to her.

Lash Extensions Available Soon!

 

Here are some housekeeping notes about Lash Extensions:

 

Pre Appointment

Please do not wear any eye makeup to your lash appointment.

Please remove contacts prior to service.

Please thoroughly clean your lashes prior to appointment to remove any mascara or waterproof eye makeup ( I recommend the micellar water from Sephora as well as the cleansing water by Bioderma.) Also please make sure any residual adhesive is removed if you regularly wear strip lashes.

Maintenance

By choosing to receive lash extensions, you are committing to lash maintenance every 2-3 weeks if you want to have the best looking extensions at all times.

It is normal to lose 3-5 lashes a day

Extensions should never pull natural lashes out, if you see a natural lash attached to a fallen extension, it has most likely gone through the natural growth/ shedding cycle.

Please refrain from using any mascara while wearing extensions as it can cause the premature breakdown of the adhesive.

Please avoid waterproof eye makeup (eye liner/shadows) Powdered makeup is just fine.

Please cleanse your lashes daily for best results. Make sure to brush through when wet to reshape your lashes.


 

Important Info

If you currently have an eye infection such as a stye, or conjunctivitis, we will have to refrain from lash extensions until your eye(s) heal.

There are no refunds for lash extensions.

If you have a sensitivity after your appointment (usually presents as irritation, redness, burning or watery eyes), please cleanse your lashes thoroughly with the Borboleta Lash Bath. Try taking an over the counter allergy medication that will help with the histamine reaction as well as antihistamine eye drops (zaditor.) Any sensitivity should not last more than 24-48 hours and should improve with each passing day.

If you are having a severe reaction that includes severe swelling, severe itching, or any other severe symptoms we can remove the lashes after the reaction has calmed. This usually calms after 24-48 hours. Please try taking an over the counter allergy medication and antihistamine eye drops (zaditor.) . The removal is complementary, but please remember there are no refunds for the lash services.

If you are unhappy with your lash services, please give me a call and we can try to adjust the shape or look at your fill in appointment.

 

 

Where are you located?

We are located at 26615 Bouquet Canyon Road #26, inside of Sola Salon Suites.  We are appointment only, so please make sure to book online or call in advance.

 

How early should I arrive?

You should plan to arrive at least five minutes prior to your appointment to relax and choose your polish colors.

 

What if I have to cancel?

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice or the full cost of the treatment will be charged. Please note that we will be requesting credit card details to secure your booking.
